Returns for items up to 30 days after delivery.
You may return your product(s) to Battery Basics within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the return item is inspected.
Battery Basics will cover the return shipping label for items that fall within the following categories:
For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Battery Basics will not accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to Battery Basics will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Returns outside of 30 days
Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization. You can submit a case through our online portal to request a late return.
Can I exchange my Battery Basics order?
Battery Basics does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be paid by you.
Where is my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.
