BatteryBasics Completes Landmark Solar Installation in the Heart of the Cotswolds

BatteryBasics is proud to announce the completion of our largest solar and battery storage installation to date, set in the heart of the Cotswolds—an area of outstanding natural beauty. This ambitious project underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge renewable energy solutions while respecting and preserving the stunning landscapes that make Britain so special.

The installation featured an impressive 48 solar panels mounted on a ground-based system, utilising Sunfixings’ high-quality framework. With a 70-metre cable run expertly connecting the array to two 8.8kW Sunsynk hybrid inverters and a massive 60kWh of battery storage, this system is designed to provide unparalleled energy independence and efficiency.

To ensure maximum resilience, we integrated an emergency power supply switch, allowing our customer to enjoy seamless energy security. Whether it’s a power outage or fluctuating energy costs, this robust system ensures uninterrupted power supply, offering peace of mind while saving thousands of pounds over its lifetime.

The Cotswolds’ unique charm and designation as an area of natural beauty posed a challenge we embraced wholeheartedly. Our team worked diligently to blend functionality with environmental sensitivity, ensuring the system not only met but exceeded the expectations of our valued client.

This project is a shining example of how renewable energy solutions can be seamlessly integrated into even the most picturesque and protected landscapes. As we continue to push boundaries, BatteryBasics remains committed to helping homeowners and businesses harness the power of sustainable energy.
